Infrastructure & Manufacturing Excellence
Our fully integrated manufacturing facility in Howrah, West Bengal, is equipped with advanced foundry, machining, and testing facilities, enabling complete in-house production. From pattern development to final inspection, every stage is managed under strict quality control to ensure precision and reliability.

Advanced Foundry Operations
Our non-ferrous foundry is equipped with two oil-fired furnaces with capacities up to 1.5 tonnes, along with shell and CO₂ core-making facilities for precision casting. We manufacture Gun Metal, Nickel Aluminium Bronze (NAB), and other copper alloy castings using controlled sand analysis, temperature-regulated pouring, spectrometric metal testing, and mould property inspections. These processes ensure exceptional dimensional accuracy, corrosion resistance, and long-lasting performance in demanding marine and industrial environments.
